There is an Elephant in the Room

It's Name is "Grief"

It's Looking for a New Name

“Good Grief !”

When Lucy said, “Good Grief Charlie Brown.” I pondered – maybe I do need Psychiatric Help, and… The price is right.

Lucy’s emphatic statement sent me on a journey to know.

Is that true – Can grief be good?

My belief was there is nothing good about grief or what I had gone through.

You don’t know what you don’t know, and for me, it was that Elephant in the room.

I handled grief with what I knew and the best I knew at the time.

I had not gone through the process of grief at the age of 12 when my mother died.

How can you when no one is talking about her?

I did not even know there was such a thing as a "Grief Process."

I want to start that "Grief " Conversation

I want others to be aware there is such a thing as a grief process.

What is Grief?

Grief is not just about death. It is about any loss you may experience.
